Actually What I heard last night is he would be surprised if it didn't happen by the end of May/2011.Which is Great News!There are still a lot of items to get into place but it is moving forward.Lets hope this ride will soon be over.As soon as it is announced it will be posted on here.Also will be posting cash out directions.I will be talking to the banks that will be doing this,Stay Tuned
